Friendly staff
Arrived late, was told to park in a public car park opposite the hotel. Not ideal. Car park turned out to be full. Then was told they actually had private parking but was 100m away. Took 30 minutes to sort, again not ideal late at night after driving a long way. Apart from this, the staff were nice and helpful. The mattress was extremely firm, and only two pillows on a double bed, with one spare in the closet.

Viihtyisä, siisti ja sympaattinen hotelli. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamiainen oli sopivan runsas, tuoretta leipää ja makeita leivonnaisia sekä maistuvaa kahvia. Hyvät yhteydet Aostan kaupunkiin sekä ympärillä oleviin laskettelukeskuksiin. Nopea siirtyminen moottoritielle. Ilmainen pysäköinti hotellin edessä. Hotellin alakerrassa on edullinen kahvila/baari sekä toisen oven takana leipomon myymälä.

Gestori molto cordiali e professionali. Letti comodi preparati all' italiana ( no piumino). Consiglierei una coperta di cortesia nell': armadio per i freddolosi come me.. posizione ottima anche se il paesino in cui é Lovato non é a mio patere bellissimo nonostante la presenza dei castelli.
