Refundable deposits

• A damage deposit of EUR 150 will be collected before check-in

Mandatory fees

• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November to 30 April, EUR 0.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.

• Club card: EUR 8 per person, per night
• Child's club card: EUR 4 per night, (from 4 to 11 years old)

• Bed sheets are available for an extra charge of EUR 0.00 per person, per week (or guests may bring their own)

Children & extra beds

• Cots/infant beds are available for EUR 50.0 per week
• All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport

• Service animals exempt from fees
• Pets are allowed for an extra charge of EUR 20 per pet, per day

• The seasonal pool is open from May 06 to September 30
