Beautiful property in the center of Chisinau. All the action is around but the rooms are still very quiet. It is a walking distance from every major landmark and place to see. Many restaurants and cafes are around, so you def won’t starve :) We really enjoyed our stay and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Will def stay here again!

The hotel is new and centrally located within walking distance to all tourist sites and tons of shops, bars, restaurants, etc. And bus30 (10 mins walk) goes to the airport with only 6 local currency. Room is super spacious and shower is good pressure and temperature. Breakfast has good selection of options. Try to stay upstairs though as the windows in the rooms on the ground floor is blurred coz they are facing the street so you are missing the view. Receptionists aren't extremely helpful, hope there will be more training for improvement. They agreed to give ma a late checkout though which was super nice of them. The safe box was big enough for laptop which was great. A 24/7 restaurant and supermarket next door, as well as a mall and a few parks.

Richmond hotel is a nice safe place to stay. The property is new and clean. Their breakfast quality and variety is great, service is very good as well. Their decor is beautiful and I love the design and the colors. The front desk customer service is overall nice, however they tried to trick in paying more money than I already did on the Expedia app. I had to fight them for that. Their excuse was that it was a misunderstanding between them and Expedia. That sounded like a problem you need to resolve with Expedia not with me. It’s not about the money as I don’t appreciate when I’m being tricked and treated like that. I’m giving them a higher star only because they were on their best game the second time we stayed there. Plus their hotel is nice indeed. In addition, I would recommend front desk staff to brush up their English skills. Overall, very nice place to stay in the capital of Moldova. The location is perfect, center of the city. Everything is within walking distance.
