Unfortunately this hotel needs a lot of time and experience to reach the level of high class all inclusive hotels.(rixos, maxx royal etc) the hotel is of course not bad but you feel from the first step the difference if you have been in the others. The service and food is avarage ,sea side and beach not speical and rooms very small and organisation very very poor . If you stay just 2-3 days you have no chance to get a in a la card restaurant reservation because of the silly application which rejects you from all services because the other guest who staying longer (7-10 days) filled it in advance from the first day untill the last day for their vacation. I would not recommend this hotel for short time holidays (2-3days) and for long time stay it is too high priced. The only 2 things that we liked was the excellent far east restaurant ( yes we get a table after 45 minutes hard disscusion ) and the concert of dany brillant who is an perfect singer which was the reason for our stay here.

Eşimin süt ürünü ve gluten hassasiyeti var ve bu konuda misafir ilişkilerinden Ece hanım ve tüm çalışanlar bizimle özel olarak ilgilendiler. Tüm hizmetlerden memnun kaldık. Sadece A la Carte restorantlarda yer bulmak biraz zor olabiliyor. Ayrıca adult plajı biraz yetersiz. Seneye ufak eksiklikleri tamamlanacağı bilgisini aldık.
