When I walked in to check in, the lady behind the desk did not even smile. The air conditioner in the room was not cool, and there was a light shining directly into our room at night and we could not close the curtains to block it out. At breakfast, the sausage was rubbery and cool. We left to eat elsewhere. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay.

After looking at 5 rooms I was so exhausted from travel that I just gave up and settled in one. I should have left like I witnessed another couple do. The hotel should not be open when the rooms are not finished from renovation or are still filthy!!! I should have been paid to stay in that mess!! Worst rooms and hotel stay ever!!!! They are in the process of updating the property. It is a perfectly adequate place to stay but it is still a hotel with a common hall and the occasional inconsiderate guest.

Went for a baseball tournament. There are signs everywhere that the property is being renovated- which we understand. When I went in to check in the woman - I did not catch her name, was extremely rude. When we got to our room it was a single king- we needed a double bed. So, I went back down to switch our room.
