The 1bdrm apartment was great, clean, spacious, comfy bed. Balconies have a lovely view up Mt Victoria. Location is excellent. Biggest problem is nothing to do with the Hotel, it's the companies that are illegally collecting glass and rubbish from nearby restaurants before 6am. 3 mornings in a row bins were collected just after 5am. Very noisy. Didn't happen during our last stay so this is a new issue.

Stayed here before, not so impressed with the room this time as I had expected separate bedroom and the bathroom to have a bath - booked for my son and girlfriend so disappointed... pays to check on booking

The position in Cory St is great. Good office sercice. Room very good. Parking charges not shown on booking description and hard to follow for first time . Had to get help from another user.

This was a very nice place to stay, close to everything. Due to the COVID lockdown we had to leave earlier. Told at reception when we booked out that we have a credit to be able to come back in the next 12 months which was nice.

Bed was comfortable. Room was warm and cosy. Wet floor shower meant water went everywhere which wasnt ideal around toilet area. Balcony consisted of ranch slider opening up to a dark parking complex.

next door to best Yum Cha!
good location close to some popular restaurants and Cafe's (dinner at Chow was fabulous, yum cha lunch at Grand Century a must), not a far walk from Cuba Street shops, parking available (at a cost). Last night on holiday so I booked here specifically for the bath... a larger room with seperate bedroom and a bath to relax and enjoy (expensive) and we ended up with no hot water available, very frustrating. Apparently due to the night befores bad weather. Just before we left the room it came on warm but I wasnt offered any later check out to be able to shower or some form of recompense (ie free parking)

I loved how it had all the amenities in the apartment. Everything you needed for an extended stay.
Getting into the hotel was a little difficult as the loading zone we were supposed to park in, so we could check-in, was full. We ended up at another loading zone up the road.

Really tidy and spacious room. The bathroom was spotless and it was greatly appreciated. The only issue is the TV in the room had a bit of a problem with connecting to my phone/other devices. Otherwise, internet connection was great and wasn't laggy. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
