The hotel doesn’t look stunning when you arrive, mainly because of the asphalt driveway. But inside it is chic and clean! Staff are great. 5 min drive to city center of 20 min walk!

Refused to help us out due to illness cancellation
Unfortunately we had to cancel our stay due to illness. I gave such a low rating because we reached out to the property several weeks ahead of time and explained it all. Even though they had plenty of time to get another booking, they refused to refund any of our money. They hid behind the “rules”. But yet, they could have had a heart and done the right thing and helped us out.

We inquired about a taxi for the trip between the hotel and the train station and the manager said he reserved a taxi for us and it would only cost a little more than a Uber which would be 95 euros. However, he ended up ordering us a town car which was $230 euros and cost us way more than we could afford. This was incredibly annoying and it seemed like they have a side deal between them which was extremely shady. I am quite upset as we did not anticipate this significant expense and it set back our trip financially. the hotel was okay however the staff was not trustworthy for this reason.

Nice property with pleasant staff who helped us navigate St. Tropez. The pool was closed for winter and there was no spa/jacuzzi. The day was cloudy so they did not tell us about the private beach across the street which we could have accessed potentially. The room is clean but okay; it was very warm in the room, requiring us to open the door and it was loud outside. No elevator. The chocolates at the reception are world class, wish I could buy some. Of note, it is a bit far to St Tropez from this hotel so expect a long walk or an Uber. The restaurant next door is an average bakery. Overall, a decent stay for a 1-day trip to St. Tropez in the off season.
