Hardly any towels, remote hardly worked, fridge not plugged in, lamps not plugged in, outlets for phone chargers needed, water didn’t drain in tub, floor got wet from shower, no eggs in breakfast bar or fruit or yogurt

We got double charged. We paid for the room when were made the reservation and we're charged again upon arrival. Rude staff and management. I do not recommend.

The front desk person had no clue what she was doing. They were not gonna give me my deposit back. They charged my card over nine times thank goodness those charges got blocked. The lady in the office tried arguing with me and telling me I paid 40 something to stay the night that was not true. I paid $58 and some cents through Expedia. I even sent her a receipt. She still wanted to continue arguing with me over the phone about it. The rooms were very dirty. It’s like they had not washed their towels. There’s hair all over their beds. The ceiling in the bathroom is falling in.

We were called to make sure we were coming basically rushed and then when we went to check in our room apparently wasn’t ready and we’re asked to wonder around until it was. Nothing was the way it was advertised.
