The only thing about the ground floor room was that the carpet was damp after rain storms and kind of musty smelling. Room 114. May need to look at foundation. Not terrible but noticeable.

Disappointed
Disappointed with the hotel. Housekeeping did not check back for daily cleaning when I wasn’t ready for them to come in. Out of our 4 day stay, they only came by once. I had to change the garbages everyday and go get more clean towels. I’m on vacation so I didn’t think I would be doing chores. I found a bug on my pillow and not sure if it was a bed bug. I had to leave my luggage in my garage when I got home. Scared that a bug was among my things. Also the room is very dim and needs more lighting. Overall, hotel needs improvements.
