We were there for some fishing at Sam Rayburn. The house was amazing and very clean. The showers were hot and the beds made me sleep like a baby.

Beautiful property. I chose this place because they said there was “pool access”. What they didn’t tell you is that the pool is only accessible certain dates AND if the pool is open you have to pay to use it. To me this is false advertising to get people to stay at this property. When I pointed this out the owner said it wasn’t their problem. Also only one TV so you are stuck watching kids TV all weekend.
