VERY DISAPPOINTED
WORST experience EVER. 1st Billing we were billed an amount and handed a receipt for considerably less when questioned they don't refund sorry that's what you paid us 2nd floors are disgustingly dirty carpet hasn't been vacuumed in a while 3rd asked for extra pillows were told they found 1 that's it sorry 4th upon getting to the room the hand written code they gave us did not work had to walk back and forth to the front desk 4 times to finally get in almost late for our niece's wedding 5th rushed getting ready realized 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth that's all that was in the bathroom 6th bed was broken woke up at 330 in the morning and both of us could barely walk 7th when we went to bed looked up and a hole in the ceiling 8th trash, empty beer bottles, etc at the entrance we were told to use 9th went to check out at 630 in the morning and a number on the glass stating call for assistance doors locked 10th LET GUEST KNOW THE TRUTH THAT WHEN YOU ARE ASKED A DIRECT QUESTION, ARE THERE PEOPLE LIVING HERE TELL THE TRUTH ie plants in room windows, portable AC units hanging out them, multiple doors propped open, smoke smell in the hallway, even a cat in the window. I was born and raised in Presque Isle multiple people would remember Keddys Motor Inn very nice hotel. It is not the same they have ruined it.

I was disappointed in the place for the price…had to go to another room after it was found out the original room wasn’t supposed to be used because of a broken shower faucet. Once moved into the other room, had to get a different tv remote since it wasn’t the correct one for that room and after I got that the tv never worked. I realize it’s in the process of being fixed up and such, but some things should be good to go. Plus the room didn’t have any soap or shampoo. Prices should go down before things are fully ready to go full board ahead.

No service and BED BUGS!!
Arrived a 11:30 Pm after being delayed at the border. LOBBY WAS LOCKED. NO ONE TO CHECK IN! All hotels sold out. Complete nightmare. Hotel was run down and gross. We’re told by locals we dodged a bullet because of HUGE BED BUG INFESTATION AT PROPERTY. Do no stay here!!!

Don't expect much, but good enough for one night.
This visit was for a quick overnighter in Presque isle. We weren't looking for anything fancy and it suited our needs, however the hotel is shop worn. They are trying to spiff it up a bit, but they have along way to go. The furniture is old, the fixtures are old, and the sink was clogged up a bit, but as I say, the price was right for a one night stand. However, I wouldn't go back unless they do some painting and cleaning and renovating and updating. It would be a great place for a chain like Choice Privileges to install an Econo Lodge and make it more respectable with breakfast.

Our room was nowhere near ready (no bedspreads, pillows, towels, soap, toilet paper, hair dryer, etc) and when we informed the front desk, we ultimately met the manager who spoke as if we had no cause to request these necessities. (Toilet paper not available...on order?) She must have called the owner when we complained that the tv wasn't working because she changed her tune and moved us to a room that was ready, including the TP. No Wi-Fi either.

The outside of the property looks to be run down and closed. You have to pull around to the side to see that they are open. Once you walk into the lobby you are met with an old musty smell. The appearance is out dated in esthetic and worn. Once checked in you do not receive a hey or key card, but rather a piece of paper with a code on it for your room door. The room for the most part was clean, but dated. The mattress had two big sinking spots where many, many, many people had slept. The shower still had hair in it from the previous hotel guest. The hotel does not offer daily room service, so you will need to ask the front desk for more towels if you are staying for more than a day. Needless to say, I will not be staying here again.
