ISSUES: The air conditioner rattled every time the fan went on. The shower drain is filthy and stained (we decided not to step into it). Back high-intensity security light shone directly into the room. The hotel covered it with a half-assed piece of foam and a sheer curtain. Ice matching down, required us to buy a bag of Ice for a fountain soda. At check-in, they had to use two different card readers at registration. the first one was to accept their terms, then use another to pay. Remodeling job in this room was terrible.

The only game in town. Room was old, sand blown in under door when we opened the door. Curtain rod fell when we were trying to close curtains. Bathtub either dirty or stained. No trash can, cups or glasses. Bed was comfortable. Too noisy.

The property’s management is absolutely terrible! I drove for almost 12 hours to get there and as I was ready to check in they informed me that they had cancelled my reservation due to overbooking the rooms, even though I had already payed for my full stay of 7 days. Later, I learned that they were rejecting all clients who had booked through Expedia or any other app, and that they actually did have available rooms, but at that point they were charging twice the standard rate. I had to sleep in the car that night because there were no available rooms anywhere else. The nearest town was over an hour away. I’m definitely not returning to this hotel!

Had a reservation that was made 2 months prior. Received a confirmation 3 days before check in time and upon arrival was told they had no rooms. They finally gave me a room in which there was no air conditioning the room was very dirty. I had to go get cleaning supplies. I scrubbed the bathtub, toilet, and all floors. After a little arguing with them I was given the room for half price. I had it for five days. That is the only Motel within 72 miles.

The hotel is not represented well on Expedia. The rooms do not have two queen beds, just one full sized bed per room.

Family didn’t even stay here. They promised 2 king size beds, there was only one. Extremely filthy and we didn’t even stay there, we left after first 15 minutes. Of course, a refund was refused. Do not stay here!!! I would give them zero stars if I could

When we tried to check in, they claimed we had booked a standard room. We showed them proof we had booked a room for 6 people but refused to believe it and wanted to charge us extra, even though we had already paid for an upgrade. We called Expedia 800 number and explained and left. We had to drive another 3 hours (!) with our 4 kids in the car at 11pm at night because they were trying to scam us.

Plan your trip to avoid this motel
Check-in person was rude. Made me prove I had a reservation without checking his system. Paid for 2 kings upon booking, but he gave us a single queen. Floor was very dirty and the bathroom mirror had splatters all over it. Smoke detector had been removed. Sheets were so worn, there were threadbare holes and I could see right through it. We had already hauled all our gear in and were too tired to go back to the rude clerk, so we made due and vowed to discuss it upon check-out to get refunded the difference between rooms. The checkout clerk spoke almost NO English so he did not understand anything I said except "check-out". He litterally brushed his hands together and showed me his palms in the international symbol for "we're all done here."

I expected this place to be gross. It’s the only place to stay without continuing an hour on to Winnemucca. I booked a two-bed room online with Expedia. It was $90. We arrived and soon realized the check in was in the mini-mart. The man working spoke no English, and we had to use google translate, though he still didn’t know how to check us in or find a reservation!. Another worker eventually helped, though he spoke very limited English as well. He said we only reserved a one bed, even though I had the information on my phone. They demanded we pay another $25 cash in order to get another bed. Whatever, we were tired. There was a used contact lens on top of one of the beds, a rat outside our door, spiders everywhere and no A/C. It was so hot in the room that we slept with the freezer door open all night. The blinds didn’t cover the windows, so if someone wanted they could look right in. Plus the lights shine right in all night. This place is filthy and you’ll get no sleep. Long story short, keep driving to Winnemucca.

Keep driving
I did not even stay. I showed up at 7:30 PM to check in, and there is not even a lobby to check in, the place is a dump, and I assume you need to go into the liquor store to check in. I went in but there was a line of customers buying things and I did not see any kind of sign or indication that it was the place to check in, I walked around the property , I could tell the rooms were not good, and I did not feel safe. So I got back in my car and kept driving.
