The staff at this hotel are 10/10. We moved from another hotel that was horrible, we was allowed to check in early & check out late. They was able to dry a couple items of clothing at short notice as the balcony wasn’t in direct sunlight. Second time we have stayed here & would use another hotel again.

I have stayed in this property for the last 16 years plus,, I got the same room I had 15 years ago there is mold in the shower/ bath,, same Decoration as then never had anything done to it since then, the bar in the hotel is so noisy it’s impossible to get any sleep,, the company muthu promised the would modernise the property they have done very little,, as I say I have been going there for over 16 years will not go back, Shame on you muthu,, stay clear especially if you are looking for a relaxing holiday no chance

check in was good. when we got to the room we noticed our bed was very low. just a single mattress and not very comfortable. our friends were in another room and they had a extra mattress on top of what we had in our room. when we talk to the front desk she said they have a newer mattress and that there are no other rooms available. also the bathroom really needs updating. look dirty with the cracks in the tile and walls.

I spoke with receptionist about bathroom and they said the room was not scheduled to clean. Because is one day yes one day no ????? I was in shock. I ask yo spoke with the supervisor but the supervisor arrive in afternoon.when I was able to talk to the supervisor she said the bathroom is old no dirty… I told her that all the small hair is part of the old bathroom,? I know what is old and what is dirty. Was a baddddddd experience and not results they didn’t clean it and didn’t change the mattress horrible I am going to ask for refund
