Okay hotel to stay. Breakfast was wonderful. However the onsite restaurant was below average for American standards. From my knowledge this is the best hotel in Brasilia, so you have no other option.

Foi decepcionante. Quando um hotel detém 5 estrelas, independentemente do valor pago pela hospedagem, esperamos encontrar um padrão 5 estrelas. Infelizmente não foi isso o que aconteceu. Pela minha experiencia de viagens, percebi que o que separa um hotel de 3, 4 ou 5 estrelas são os detalhes. Apesar de bonito e imponente, o hotel demonstra os sinais de idade, principalmente no que diz respeito aos quartos. Nosso quarto, um quarto superior com vista para a piscina/lago no 5º andar, estava visivelmente desgastado. Móveis muito antigos, arranhados, banheiro com acabamentos oxidados, portas do privativo e chuveiro não fechavam, iluminação ruim, toalhas manchadas e ásperas, roupão velho e para fechar com "chave de ouro": nosso ar condicionado não funcionava. Mesmo com pedido de manutenção no nosso ar, o problema não foi resolvido. No resto, a piscina possui uma profundidade desagradável, não é nem profunda nem rasa demais, o que faz você precise ficar em uma posição desconfortável para apreciar a piscina. Ela também é aquecida, mesmo em temperatura acima de 30ºC, o que não a torna uma boa opção para se refrescar. Apesar disso, ela é muito espaçosa e limpa. O café da manhã é razoável, porém nada excepcional. Ele é igual durante todos os dias e não possui nenhum item além do básico, apesar de ser farto. Ademais, ele é longe de todos os pontos turísticos e restaurantes.Honestamente, está longe de ter sido o melhor hotel que já fiquei, para mim ele é um 3,5 estrelas.

Hotel moderno, com vista incrível pro lago e área de piscinas muito bonito para relaxar e tirar fotos. Café da manhã é excepcional e tem muita variedade desde opções veganas até frutas, pães, ovos mexidos, tapiocas, waffles, tortas e bolos diversos. Atendimento excelente por parte dos funcionários que são solícitos e amigáveis. Porém, alguns inconvenientes aconteceram: 1. Os canais de televisão pagos não estavam funcionando. A recepção disse que a operadora estava com problemas de sinal para o hotel. Assim, não pudemos usufruir desse conforto. 2. O frigobar não é geladeira e sim um conservador de temperatura. Até aí tudo bem, porém, as bebidas não estavam geladas. Depois fomos comunicados que bastariam pedir para trocar por bebidas geladas. Particularmente, não é uma forma prática de ter bebidas a disposição na geladeira. 3. Em alguns pontos das áreas em comum especialmente nas cadeiras ao redor da piscina e a beira do lago não estavam limpos para podermos sentar e relaxar a noite. 4. Os quartos possuem um bom blackout nas janelas, porém, uma claridade oriunda do corredor passava debaixo da porta de entrada o que se torna um incômodo para quem gosta de dormir em ambientes bem escuros. Sugestão seria colocar um blackout nas portas para a luz do corredor não entrar no quarto. 5. Os 2 restaurantes do hotel são bons, porém, deixa a desejar nas sobremesas que possuem pouquíssimas opções. No geral, voltaria a ser hospedar novamente pela qualidade do hotel e atendimento.
