I had a fantastic time at this beautiful hotel. The location is wonderfully peaceful yet right next to the Marina promenade and shopping mall. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional staff. From the warm welcome by Hamza at reception to the attentive restaurant staff and pool attendants - everyone is without exception friendly, courteous, and professional. Here, hospitality is truly valued – every member of staff greets you warmly, and you feel completely appreciated as a guest at all times. Many thanks to the entire team for making my stay so wonderful and unforgettable.
