It’s the second time I’ve stayed in this hotel. I really like the location and the staff and the rooms both times were very very nice for a reasonable price.
It is a little bit of a maze finding the way to the room and back the first time but that comes with the charm of the building

This hotel was fantastic! Beautiful and well maintained facility with all of the ornate Italian treatments. I stayed in the suite and i could not have asked for a better room. The balcony was wonderful and the suite was spacious and perfect for my trip. Not to mention then lady at the front desk is a stand out! She was intuitive, professional, thoughtful, and a beautiful person. It made the stay so easy. Plus breakfast is provided. If ever I get to Florence again, I will be booking here again without hesitation.
