Great stay! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I especially loved the spa, which offers several sauna options as well as a herbal steam room. Parking was reasonably priced at €10. The location was convenient, with several restaurants within walking distance. Our room was also clean and comfortable. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again.

In all regards, the hotel was outstanding. Classic Swiss hospitality made for a very snug and welcoming place to stay. Kudos to staff, all of whom were courteous and friendly. I would add that the negronis in La Perla were superb!

Lovely hotel with a great location for outdoor activities like hiking & biking. Room was very spacious and had a couch and two chairs. I am puzzled though, why the TV doesn't match the room size (felt like an iPad). I missed having a small refrigerator in the room.

Escape to Lenzerheide

Fantastic stay at hotel lenzerhorn - we loved our room with mountain view, and specially the spa + wellness area - excellent breakfast and dinners

This property is a gem. And so is the staff. Anja at the front desk was so accomadating. With kids they gave us a cute room with enough space for 2 adults and and 2 kids. The only thing is they don't have AC which make sense with the weather there but gave us enough fans. The restaraunts here has the best view and the best food - Rosti, fondue and the breakfast were amazing! Cute little town and this was the perfect place to stay. We didn't end up using the swim/spa facilities.

Shout out to Alexandra who was super helpful to us as first timers in Lenzerheide (and with a language barrier to boot). She shared many details that helped us configure our short time wisely. Thank you again to all at the front desk for making our stay enjoyable - we will be back!! One caveat - the spa facility does not open until 3pm and the pools were closed one evening / hard to get to as the main entrance was closed. There were also several people in swim suits in the spa and towels left around. Better service with an attendant in this area would help to make it more user friendly.
