Someone tried to barge in my room when my wife stayed back and I went to office, guard drunk every night, aryan from dining was rude and delay in buffet breakfast, given sugar in tea and then said no sugar, no swimming pool but pool picture on website which I got removed from prevent team as I work in Expedia, to remote didn’t worked and much more issues

Comfortable with great service
The staff at Park Inn is very attentive and professional. The room I had was spacious with a comfortable bed and a large desk and a small seating area. The area the hotel is in is good if you have to be in Guragon, but there aren’t many things to do around or restaurants within walking distance.
Fortunately the food at the restaurant is quite good with many options on the menu.

Nice hotel....everything was good as per my experience.
However when we asked housekeeping guy to clean the dust again, he simply cleaned it with his hand instead of machine.
Rest all was perfect.

部屋が広くてきれい
周りの環境は決して良いとは言えませんが、ホテルから出なければ全然問題ありません。インド慣れしている人にとっては十分過ぎるホテルかと思います。部屋もきれいにされており、且つ広いです。停電もなく、wifiもそこそこ早いので次回も使用したいと思います。

it is a ok hotel, but make sure you can manange the local transportation,as the hotel doesn't provide the car service or neither call you a taxi for you.

Decent business stay hotel
Room was clean and spacious. Wifi is free, but very poor speed. Not much options to eat out. Close to the international airport. If you are coming by taxi, make sure you say its Civil Lines (Moor Chawk) Gurgoan as directions.
Its about 20 min to 40 min from International airport (depending on traffic) Advise use Uber. Should be around Rs 250 or £3. When you are at the airport, use the departure area to be picked up to save the additional entrance fee.

The hotel staff was not behaving properly, they did not got booking confirmation and the guy on reception was notdoing effort to get confirmation from hotel.com. we have to wait at reception for an 1 hour to get our room. Further we have booked and paid money for double bed but two single bed were provided to us. I will not suggest anybody to stay at such a pathetic hotel where staff do not want to help the guest and make them comfortable .
