This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. Love the design and many options for you to relax around the property. Took me 13 minutes to walk to the main attractions. Beautifully designed hotel, nice size rooms.

The hotel was nice and conveniently situated. We didn't like that there weren't any drawers to unpack and there was a very strange and very tiny hanging area which wasn't behind a door. This hotel is fine if you want to live out of your suitcase.

The Hoxton was fabulous in all respects - location, aesthetic, accommodation including comfortable bed, breakfast and the people - excellent front desk and always trying to help make your stay as comfy as possible and breakfast staff - extra thank you to Fransesco !

This hotel is located in a ZTL zone so only specific cars or taxis are allowed to take you to the front. We had a car rental car during our stay to get to the outlets, and the property owner was kind enough to take a photo of the license plate each day to ensure we would not be ticketed for driving through the ZTL. The room was cozy and check-in was smooth.
The water in the shower was slow to drain but that was our only issue. The front desk receptionist was kind enough to share some restaurant recommendations for us to try. The hotel is walking distance to major attractions and we would stay here again.

We spent four nights at the Hoxton in Florence and I can't praise it enough. The property itself is beautiful and huge, with lovely seating areas, both inside and out. The rooms are clean, modern, with a comfy bed and great shower. But most of all, the staff are exceptional! We had a slight hiccup with our reservation, but the staff was so accommodating to ensure everything was perfect! I can't thank them enough for their attention and kindness. Beautiful hotel and would definitely recommend.

Kiara was wonderful from start to finish. The staff are welcoming and so very cordial. She even upgraded my room. The property itself is gorgeous with lots of space. I appreciated the unique touches of this property. Breakfast was also very nice to have in their restaurant which has a very lovely skylight, perfect way to spend a slow morning on vacation. Thank you, Hoxton I am a loyal fan.

Not really the luxury they are going for so good hotel but not at the price point they charge. Excellent shower but bathroom cabinet was damaged very visibly. The safe didn’t work. The lift didn’t work on our way out so we had to carry our suitcases down a couple of flights of stairs. They really could use a pool in the garden . The outdoor bar was pleasant enough but the drinks are expensive, London prices really. We also got lots of mosquito bites in our room which was very unpleasant as I succeeded in avoiding mosquitoes in the countryside for a week prior. I love Florence but would probably go somewhere else next time as this is not worth £300/night

This is one best hotels, if not the best hotel I have ever been. The staff are amazing and incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to make you stay memorable. They helped with issues not relating to the hotel stay. Which shows how dedicated they are to making your stay amazing. When I come back to Florence I will 100% be staying here again. The hotel is a bit pricey but completely worth it. The hotel is 20-30min walk from everything around Florence. The rooms are amazing and extremely clean. You also do not have to worry about anything. My wife left her jewelry in the room by mistake, out in the open and not a single thing was touched. You can’t say that for every hotel. This place is amazing and I would recommend if you ever stay in Florence this is the place to be. This hotel should be rated way higher than what it is. In my opinion this is a 5 or 6 star hotel! Thank you to all the staff members that made my stay incredible and memorable!!

Title: A Joyful 8-Night Stay That Felt Like Family
We spent 8 nights at The Hoxton Florence and left feeling like part of the family. The hotel is beautifully designed—elegant yet relaxed—but it’s the people who truly made it unforgettable.
Catrina and Eleanora from guest services were warm and attentive. One team member even walked us to a nearby coin laundry to help us with the Italian Lavarapid machines—a small act of kindness we’ll always remember.
At Alassio, the hotel’s restaurant, Francesco served with a quiet grace that reminded us of the late Pope Francesco—humble and full of warmth. And Mattia made every breakfast a joy. Fluent in slang Korean and full of humor, he had us laughing daily. He proudly reminded us that even though his name ends in -a, it’s still masculine in Italy!
Our apologies to anyone we didn’t name—only because we couldn’t remember all the beautiful Italian names. Every team member contributed to making our stay feel personal and truly special.
After 8 nights, we didn’t just feel like guests—we felt like family. Thank you, Hoxton Florence, for a stay full of warmth, laughter, and heart.
