5 Jul 2026Super nice staff and room was kept clean! Only downside was the outside area/parking lot was very dirty and loud, mostly due to truckers. I would definitely do another ONE night stay here!

24 Jul 2026The shuttle drivers were good, friendly and safe.
That is the only good comment I have.
You get what you pay for. Pay a little extra. I promise it will be better than this place.

11 Jul 2026Rooms look like they started remodel and either quit or hired incompetent labor. Beds were comfortable though. No breakfast even though advertised and asked for shuttle to airport, was told 15 minutes....called an Uber after 40 minutes.

22 Jun 2026Sheets & towels were soiled. Didn’t have enough towels. Maid was asked by front desk to provide “more”…. She was reluctant to give us more. Shower curtain needs to be changed.
Checkin was great- female staff nice & personable.

24 Jun 2026So let's see here the room was horrible it was dirty as room I've ever been in I've been to a lot of motels and it was by far the dirtiest the door was broken the locks were broke they were barely shut and there's water all over the floor in the bathroom and the toilet barely flushed but the water hot water was nice good water pressure other than that it wasn't bad

9 Jul 2026Property definitely needs some updating. Pool was not useable. That being said, the staff was friendly, it was fairly quiet, and the bed was old but comfortable. The shower was pretty dirty and only towels enough for one person. TV remote did not work and the replacement they gave us from a box of about 20 also did not work. AC worked great. It was a plus having a small store and a Jack in the Box right down the street. The shuttle driver was an interesting guy giving us a history of Seattle from the airport. All in all an okay stay and good for a one night stay in a pinch.

9 Jul 2026This is a two level dated motel down a dead end street and a block from the 5 freeway. There is a Starbucks a block away and if you want a choice of restaurants SouthCenter is a short ten minute drive. It’s fairly quiet though our door didn’t close properly and we could hear the freeway at the back of the motel. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom clean. The room was a bit rough with rust stains and dirt stains on the door. The television had few clear channels with a lot of snow on most channels. We tried to find the World Cup games but they weren’t broadcast in the room but you could watch it in the motel office which was disappointing. Parking is plentiful and the staff was helpful.

26 May 2026This hotel is very run-down and not very convenient to the airport. The traffic noise is horrible as it is located next to the highway.
Calling the motel for a shuttle was very difficult as it rang and rang forever before someone finally answered the phone.
The shuttle driver; however, is FABULOUS. He is very friendly and kind.

18 Jun 2026The staff were friendly and nice. The room was mediocre. The hairdryer did not work and was rusty. The room lacked a safety lock mechanism. The toilet tank top was cracked. The windows were thin and noise from the freeway could be heard all night. But I did choose budget and this was definitely lower end budget. The staff however were wonderful. Very nice and welcoming.

26 Jun 2026There were 2 positives- they let us check in early, and the bed was clean and comfortable. The shuttle was down, so had to uber from the airport. Breakfast was advertised, but there was no breakfast. There were no washcloths, nor toiletries. The tv had no base, was just propped up on the dresser. The hair dryer did not work.

3 Jun 2026The airport shuttle has been down for about a week before I checked in and no warning about until you called. The front desk clerk was really helpful since I had arrived early (9am) from my cruise and she was able to find me a room available. The hotel is an old Days Inn and you could tell that they reused what was left behind. The bedding and towels were washed but stains were present and the room had quite a bit of minor maintenance required as in a partial damage in the bathroom door and wall trim peeling off the wall at the corners. The AC worked excellently well for the warmer weather.

15 Jun 2026No breakfast available . Even though it was advertised online . Rooms were stinky and old and had bugs in bathroom. Staff not helpfull when asked to book another room (booked double queen got single). I went online and was able to book another room same location with seconds in front of the staff! Even after ready to pay for extra room staff was not helpful. Checking in took about 1&1/2 hour

26 May 2026Good, friendly staff, they tried their best. NO elevator when they placed us on 2nd floor. NO functional ice machines. Place is a dump, broken door locks, holes in walls, non working lamps, didn’t even risk taking a shower. One side of the property is an overnight lot with no cameras or lighting. Best room in the whole place is the lobby.
