Tivemos uma estadia muito agradável. O hotel é tranquilo, silencioso, muito limpo e organizado. Os funcionários foram atenciosos e prestativos durante todo o dia, o que tornou a experiência ainda melhor. Como sugestão, acredito que um serviço básico de praia seria um excelente diferencial, mesmo que funcionasse com um valor mínimo de consumo.

A pousada oferece estrutura, com guarda-sol, cadeiras e um cooler com as bebidas solicitadas pelo hóspede. Apesar de não ser pé na areia, fica a aproximadamente 600 metros da praia e disponibiliza um carrinho para levar os hóspedes. Achei a equipe muito bem preparada, extremamente ágil em tudo o que solicitamos e, acima de tudo, muito gentil e atenciosa! O café da manhã é ótimo, digno de hotel 5 estrelas. Você escolhe as opções em um cardápio e tudo é preparado na hora, com muito capricho. Além disso, a pousada conta com um bistrô, o que foi muito conveniente, pois não precisamos sair para fazer as refeições. Os quartos são bonitos, limpos, espaçosos e muito bem planejados. Dá para perceber que cada detalhe foi pensado com cuidado, mas sem deixar de lado a funcionalidade. Fui positivamente surpreendida pela pousada e certamente foi uma experiência muito melhor do que eu esperava!

A pousada zaya é uma pousada intimista e bem reservada. Suíte maravilhosa, super bem decorada e aconchegante, ideal para Lua de mel. Todavia, carece de algumas observações: dependendo da posição do bangalô, a piscina externa pega pouco sol. Outro problema é o acesso a mesma com a escada posicionada a 90⁰ na vertical. Requer cuidado. Acesso a praia cerca de 500mts mediante bike ou a pé, que não vale a pena porque é terra e poeira pura. Na praia não existe ponto de apoio da pousada. Excelente gastronomia porém o café é a la carte, podendo faltar alguns itens. O staff é altamente prestativo e fidalgos.

A pousada é agradável, os bangalôs são muito bons, a localização é boa mas não fica perto da praia, tem piscina nos bangalôs, mas seria melhor ter uma maior que servisse toda a pousada, o café da manhã é um desastre, não é buffet e demora muito, esperei uma hora para conseguir tomar café, após fazer o meu pedido, no segundo dia terminei não esperando, desisti. Sugiro mudarem o formato do café, que realmente é muito ruim.

Achei bem razoável. Vamos lá pontos negativos primeiro. A água da piscina é geladíssima tem que tá bem quente para aproveitar. A perfeição do quarto é a banheira ela sim 10/10. O quarto é aconchegante mas eu achei que no bwc faltou um cuidado na decoração para que não aparecesse tanto as sujeiras normais que surjem com o tempo. Como fiquei em um hotel 5 estrela antes, dou 3,5 4 para esse! Ele não é beira mar, e de bike é um pouco distante mas se vc tem disposição nada que impeça.
