Lovely hotel. Our room was a family room and really spacious. The beds were really comfortable. The room was clean. Good location as we were going to the motor show. The car parking is quite expensive. It’s now an independent company that run it.

Surprisingly clean for a building site, but parking was tricky as many of the spaces have been taken over by construction materials. It’s a busy leisure centre as well as a hotel, so not for people looking for peace and quiet. I found the check-in process quite odd, there is someone there but you are expected to do a self checkin on a screen. Felt very ‘premier inn’

Excellent hotel with fantastic service throughout our stay. All of the staff were absolutely lovely, but a special mention to Tyler, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The breakfast was great with a lovely selection to choose from, and the pool and facilities were always clean and well maintained. Our bedroom was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and the bed was so cosy that I genuinely didn’t want to get out of it each morning. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.
