No hot water the entire time (6 days), staff talk about me in Spanish assuming I don’t know, no trash can, air conditioner broken even though I only picked that room because it was promised. WiFi barely works, no tv remote until I had to beg for one. Very hard beds, harsh chemical smells of paint and paint thinner.

While this hotel has been beautifully renovated the room still lacks heating and air-conditioning despite the air unit installed in the room. The TV only worked with an account for the pay TV service, no local channels. The closet had no rod or hangers so there was no where to hang clothes. There was an annoying loud pump running periodically right outside our window. Luckily it was cold so window was closed but could still hear it. In hot weather without a/c would be impossible. So would not stay again.

Es un hotel muy limpio, el personal muy amable, la habitacion es amplis, la cama es comoda, las almohadas confortables, el agua caliente sale de inmediato no tienes que desperdiciar, es un hotel sencillo pero muy bien ubicado, la zona es tranquila, se escucha ruido pero es imposible que no haya. Muy buena opcion y el precio es accesible.

Cuando llegue mo tenian disponibilidad pero si tenian mi reserva. tuve que regresar al aereopuerto porque senti que el lugar era muy inseguro y me cobraron la habitacion (fue un robo) porque no me quede ahi, porque no tenian disponibilidad, quiero que me devuelvan mi dinero

Tuvimos la mala experiencia que las cerraduras no estaban funcionando y la persona de seguridad del hotel tuvo que abrirnos la recámara. Nos dio mucha inseguridad y no pudimos pasar una buena noche por estar pendientes de la puerta.
Lo demás en cuanto a servicio, limpieza, ruido, etc estuvo excelente

Primero nos asignaron una habitación en remodelación, no estaba habilitada, la habitación que nos asignaron después, tenía algunos detalles en mis acabados y presencia de humedad en el techo, al día siguiente alguien intento entrar a la habitación cñaun cuando seguía ocupada, cabe señalar que tocó y no espero a que se le respondiera, hay muchas que se tienen que mejorar

Location is great but the Staff is a bit annoying, they are knocking on your door by 9:30 am asking about room service.
I had to extend my stay due to work.
Checked in with lady at front desk, Same lady within the hour is opening my room door and tell me to check out!! Had to reminder her I just extended my stay and that she checked me in just an hour ago.!
4 out of the 5 days I was there some staff member would come open my door at random time!!
