30 May 2026Stopped off for one night on way back from Cornwall to Solihull. Cracking pub with rooms. Attentive and friendly welcome. Service generally was great. Room quaint and excellently presented. Lots of little attention to detail. Lovely bar and garden. Didn't stay for dinner, but it looked popular. Breakfast outstanding. Couldn't praise the place more. Excellent. If we are ever in the area again, we'll be back.

The welcome was friendly and check in efficient. The room was delightful - room 3. The evening meal was simply delicious and very fairly priced. Breakfast was tasty and filling and all you needed. Good quality bacon. The little shop had lots to tempt for early Xmas presents too. We wish the business all the best, will recommend to everyone we know and will be back soon.

26 Apr 2026An absolutely amazing hotel with great staff.. made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much effort. The food was incredible, very fresh and great menu. The rooms are absolutely amazing there really have thought of everything including beautiful decor. Will DEFINITELY be returning very soon.. A huge thank you 🙏

Lovely owners, all staff very accommodating and friendly. Lovely decor giving that touch of decadence. Food was delicious, would be nice to have vegetables to accompany dishes. Ideal place to explore the Cotswolds. Would definitely stay again.

13 Oct 2025Breakfast was wonderful. The fresh milk was exceptional on my Museli and fruit! The breakfast bap my husband had was outstanding.
Our dinner was absolutely delicious and so creatively served. Highly recommend eating there.
Beautifully decorated and clean room. Lovely view of church. The staff were excellent, attentive and supportive. All together a gorgeous place I highly recommend.
