Not quite.
The property itself wasn’t terrible but was not ideal either. It is tightly sandwiched between several mobile homes, lending itself to loud neighbors. The boat ramp is NOT accessible for motorized boats as the water is too low - only discovered after getting our boat stuck 50 yards out, pushing it back by hand, and damaging the motor. The check in email didn’t arrive until I called several times to figure out arrival and they differed from instructions provided from the POC. When we arrived after midnight, the door code didn’t work and my family (with a 10 and 6 year old) was locked out while we tried the two phone numbers given and finally went to the main property management line where they answered immediately. The home itself is brand new but there is a serious ant problem. All in all, the property was not quite as cozy as it appeared and the amenities weren’t advertised appropriately. Communication was non-existent and unclear, making it even less enjoyable.
