Kızımla dört günlük konaklamamızda oteli sessiz ve sakin bulduk. Çalışanlar iyi niyetli ve bir kısmı ilgiliydi; özellikle sahilde şezlonglarla ilgilenen gençler son derece nazik ve işlerini severek yapıyorlardı. Ancak çalışanları yönlendirecek güçlü bir yönetim ve oturmuş bir kurum kültürünün eksikliği açıkça hissediliyor. Akşam yemeği için restoran rezervasyonumuz atlanmıştı ve personel yetersizliği nedeniyle sipariş verebilmek için sürekli çaba harcadık. Kahvaltı sırasında otelde ailesiyle konaklayan bir protokol misafiri vardı. Korumaların diğer misafirlerin masalarının hemen yanında beklemesi rahatsız ediciydi ve otel tarafından herhangi bir yönlendirme yapılmadı. Tüm ilginin protokol masasına verilmesi nedeniyle servis aksadı; kahvaltımızı bir bardak çayla tamamladık. Buna rağmen her şeye tek başına yetişmeye çalışan Hilal Hanım’a ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Odamızda lavabonun gider borusu oda temizliği sırasında yerinden çıkarıldığı için su, dolaba ve temiz havluların üzerine aktı. Teknik servis ile kat hizmetleri koordineli çalışmadığından defalarca aramak ve ayrı ayrı beklemek zorunda kaldık. Çıkışta otelin konumu doğru iletilmediği için transfer aracımız başka bir otele gitti. Uçağa geç kalma riskimize rağmen alternatif ulaşım sağlamak yerine gereksiz şekilde ücret iadesi süreciyle ilgilenildi. Biz yönlendirmeden taksi çağırmak gibi basit bir çözüm dahi üretilemedi ve sorumluluk şoföre yüklendi. Ayrıca otelin çevre düzenlemesi ve peyzajı oldukça bakımsızdı.
