The house itself and near by houses on the same street are older but decently kept up, but please do your own research on this area prior to selecting this property. I was in a bit of a hurry on securing a place and this property allowed pets “with an added charge” not listed on the Expedia listing. Not being familiar with any areas surrounding Florence I wish I would have taken the time to properly research.

Where do I begin? - The house was outdated. - There were a few items that were already broken. - Smelled musty and moldy. - Infestation of ants. - The bathroom tub sink was painted over and it was peeling. I texted, emailed whoever was my contact. I also chatted with Expedia, who I book the house with. No response except for Expedia, but no resolution they can do at the moment. I am very disappointed. Had to go and get ant spray and bait for the ants and febreze to take away the smell.
