The hotel was under construction but we didn’t mind. The pool was nice and so was the complimentary breakfast. This was my first visit to Pittsburgh and I was surprised at how quiet it is. We enjoyed the science center, zoo and aquarium as well as the children’s museum! All were within 15-20 minutes drive of the hotel.

The hotel is under construction in the lobby and there is only one entrance/exit for guests. I’m not sure how this meets the fire code and made me extremely anxious during our stay. Check in was so slow, waited almost 30 minutes. The worst part was the condition of the room. It was dirty, stains and rips on the carpet, the door on the closet was broken off its tracks and just leaning there. Our room was not serviced/cleaned and no explanation as to why. The location of this hotel is great, right across the street from PNC Park and a short walk to Acrisure Stadium, but the condition of the hotel and lack of cleanliness will prevent me from staying here again. Very disappointing, please stay elsewhere.

Check-in was easy and efficient. Staff was friendly. Parking is good especially for being in the city. The property is in good condition. One of the elevators wasn't working during our stay, but there are 2 others and there was only 1 time that we had to wait a significant time. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet, again for being right in the city. Our room had 3 towels and 3 hand towels but only 1 washcloth. It wasn't a big deal to us as I brought my own shower accessories, but those attentions to detail could be given a bit more priority.
