26 Sept 2026Was not expecting the luxury that we walked into, especially given the cost. Truly amazing. Beyond comfortable suite with a full kitchenette. Immaculate room and facility. There was a full coffee bar with a variety of coffee cake out each morning. That was not included in the hotel description and I was a huge fan of the blueberry coffee. Highly recommend!

20 Sept 2026Great place to stay! Very clean! Bed is comfortable. Coffee cakes for breakfast were yummy. Close to Bar Harbor. The only thing: when you book, let them know if you have any limitations that may affect your ability to use stairs to get to the second or third floor. They do not have an elevator. Other than that we were super pleased with our stay and most definitely come back!

7 Sept 2026The suites are large and spacious. The kitchen was equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave and stove. Separate seating area and bedroom. We did not use the pool area but it looked nice. The only downside was the proximity to the road. Lots of road noise all night long. Bring ear plugs and you'll be okay.

27 Sept 2026The room and hotel generally were great. Two main issues. 1. There is no elevator and consequently carrying heavy bags for a 76 year old was extremely hard work. I wouldn’t be so surprised if an elderly guest had a heart attack. The hotel should make it clear when booking and try and allocate ground floor rooms to the elderly guests. 2.. The road at the front of the hotel is very busy and noisy with trucks. Ask for a room at the rear if you you enjoy peace and quiet.

The receptionists were all so friendly and helpful- with supplying towels to the pool. Thanks for making our family’s trip to Maine full of memories! 24 Jul 2026This was our favorite hotel during our visit to three different towns! The manager was super friendly and has a cute little dog that lives in the hotel, which my daughters loved. The hotel was beautiful and well taken care of. The rooms are just as beautiful, spacious, and had a full kitchen with a separate bedroom and couch bed. Perfect for our family of four. Lots of parking too. It was 20 minutes from Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park and close to local restaurants and other places we wanted to visit. Additionally, my daughter is gluten sensitive and they had baked goods available every morning, which included GF options. It was honestly a perfect stay and I would highly recommend.

11 Jul 2026The hotel has very thin walls. We were on the 1st floor and could hear everything what was happening around, plus very loud walking upstairs. Other than that, it was very nice. Good pool and game room. No housekeeping though and no elevators.

24 Jun 2026Everything was beautiful, I would however suggest that anyone who books a stay ask to not be placed next to the laundry room. The staff started wash before 8 am the machines are really loud on the 1st floor. But the place was very comfortable and clean. Would stay again.

10 Jul 2026This was a convenient location if you are looking for less expensive accommodations near Mt. Desert Island. We were able to get a fold away bed in addition to the pull out couch and queen bed which was great for our family of 5. Checking in was easy and the staff was helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Our kids enjoyed the outdoor pool. We set out around 8:30 in the morning and stopped for breakfast at their farm coffee shop along the way. We didn't hit any traffic on the way to Acadia. There was some traffic returning that evening.

28 May 2026Big shout out to the very helpful and approachable staff. First impressions matter, and the two staff who welcomed us at check in were lovely.
The room was great - clean and spacious and just what we needed. Great location to everything and couldn’t recommend more. Didn’t have the opportunity to try out the pool but it looked very clean and would have been perfect if the weather had cooperated.

7 Jul 2026Staff were wonderful, especially Dede. Caden as well. Room was solid. While the kids took the master bedroom, the pullout couch was super comfortable, without that annoying ridge in the middle that some have. It also opened and closed very quickly and easily. The AC was excellent.
Standouts were the pool and pool area, game room, just beautiful. Ping pong,
foosball, and a pool table were very handy to have close by. Coffee, tea and filtered water were always available in the lobby which was very convenient.
Would definitely go back!
