Amazing staff, super friendly, kind and helpful. Amazing view. The food is really good and the drinks too. Its a small relax vibe little hotel. No bougie boutique hotel. Wake up early, we can hear everything outside and at the beach. At night it is super quiet and the sounds of the waves are amazing. The biggest down was the bed who was really really really hard. I couldnt go throught more than one night in that bed. Other than that it was a great experience with the locals.

This hotel is located at the far end of the beach, there is not a sandy beach in front, the building is right on the water and has lounge beds to relax with a book and enjoy in the shade. I loved their cocktails the rooms have AC, and are clean, the TV and Wifi did not work during our stay, but that was not a big deal. the food was amazing, best seafood cazuela I’ve had in years! and the staff was great too! this is a place to relax far from the party area. I liked how this hotel is isolated from the rest of playa blanca. it is a great place to swim!

The property is very clean the staff is extremely helpful. The food served in the property is 5 stars. Some of the best food I’ve ate in Cartagena. The only downside was that the ocean tide was high and there was no beach area in front of the property.. I would recommend traveling there March -October to have a good beachfront! We just walked about 500 mtrs north for nice calm beach

Some days No water, no cable, really small rooms you can see through the wood on the floor people downstairs No hot water, really small shower you have to be skinny. Really disappointing however the scenery was nice. Be careful with vendors and ladies offering massages and guys offering oysters. Even if you kindly decline they will continue harassing you. Recommended only to go for a day.

Our room and our balcony was infested with ants I got bit the entire time we never ended up completing our stay. We tried to leave the same day however they would not help us arrange transportation and the hotel is in the middle of nowhere we ended up arranging our own transportation the next day to another hotel sure enough I have photos of all the bug infestation and bites on my body I tried to speak to the hotel manager to get a refund he wouldn't even speak with us I actually saw him on the property and he instructed the stuff to tell us he was not there. Overall just disappointing.

Easy the worst hotel experience ever. $182 a night for a room with no windows? In the entrance of the room a running generator going like a truck at full speed? They gave us a small room with windows and with the plastic curtain glued to the glass doors. Linens and pillows out of plastic. Tiniest bathroom from the cheapest materials, ceiling fan with no blades, and of course no refund for the "downgrade" from superior no window room. There is no beach just the pinkest rocks. Doors to outside locked at night. If you still go there it your own fault. Shame on Expedia to promote this disaster of a hotel!

Everything was fine until we left and had an opportunity to reflect on our experience. The staff was very friendly and kins. My review has nothing to do with the staff, it has everything to do with the ownership, leadership & management that are accountable and responsible for the well-being of their guests. We didn’t like the fact that everything closed down at 8:30 pm, the kitchen, the bar, etc. unbeknownst to us, we were never told ahead of time. The staff that was closing down for the day was kind enough to come knock on our door to wake us from a nap to ask us if we wanted something to eat before the kitchen closed down for the day. We were the only 2 people in the entire complex FOR THE NIGHT, including staff, there was no one left on the premises at all but us 2 after 9 pm. Had we known we’d be left completely alone in the middle of nowhere, with no car and no way to protect ourselves in any event including an emergency, we’d never would have booked this hotel. This is an accident/tragedy waiting to happen, only a matter of time….anyone can suffer a heart attack, any medical emergency can happen at any time, especially to an international tourist with no knowledge of the culture nor language…..we could have been attacked in our sleep….how can a hotel be so careless, take such a liability and charge such prices on top of it???! So irresponsible! AGAIN, NOTHING AGAINST THE STAFF, THEY WERE GREAT & took very good care of us, THIS IS ALL MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY!!! !

Debo partir diciendo que soy consciente que la propiedad queda frente al mar y eso hace que la limpieza sea vista de otra manera. En ese orden de ideas ese punto está bien, lo que no me agradó es que no tenía televisor y se supone está amenidad estaba incluida. Desayuno ok dentro de lo esperado y con respecto al tema de los muebles, siento que deben organizar mejor porque no se contaba con mucho para organizar las cosas, sería de gran ayuda una especie de armario porque solo se cuenta con un perchero y la mesa es muy pequeña para organizar cosas, la seguridad de la habitación no es la mejor porque es mínima, teniendo en cuenta todo lo anterior lo recomiendo para 1 noche y no más teniendo en cuenta relación calidad precio

L'hôtel est situé à l'extrême sud de Playa Blanca, plutôt un côté occupé par des touristes locaux Le parking est à 5 min à pied en vous garant en face du poste de police. Le personnel est souriant et chaleureux Nous avons eu droit à un joli et bon cocktail de bienvenue La vue mer peut difficilement être mieux, on est sur la plage et on entend le bruit des vagues Attention le balcon n'est pas vraiment un balcon (une chaise ne passe pas en largeur) La salle de bain mériterait d'être refaite Attention, la clim est nécessaire !!! Il fait très chaud côté coucher de soleil. La plage est agréable surtout tôt le matin, ensuite c'est la cohue avant 16h ! Ensuite la plage se vide et il n'y a pas de vie nocturne à proximité Le petit déjeuner est sommaire : café jus fruits + oeufs, rien en sucré Le restaurant est bon mais les prix sont un peu plus élevés qu'ailleurs mais vu ce qu'on a entendu sur les arnaques à Barù, on n'a pas à se plaindre !

Excelente opción, buenas amenidades, rico desayuno. Hacen gran esfuerzo por mantener limpia su playa aunque los locales ensucian a un lado y les afecta. La llegada es difícil, no entra vehículo, debe caminarse, pero eso le toca a la comuna mejorar infraestructura. Pero la propiedad y el lugar es un paraíso con gran potencial miy recomendable.
