Holes in the walls, bed was hard, AC/heat unit was really worn down and kept kicking off and we had to adjust the plug to get it to work! Safety hazard for sure! I guess you get what you pay for

The room was a suite with a kitchenette but no refrigerator. The place had stained bedding and the room had a smell of weed. When I got there the lobby was closed so I stood outside while the staff took forever. The price didn’t match what hotels.com guaranteed and we were charged by the hotel and hotels.com ……what a disaster

Good location - uncomfortable bed
The hotel is in a great, safe location, which I appreciated, and the overall cleanliness was fine. Unfortunately, the bed was very hard and lumpy, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on. Additionally, there was a strong smell in the room, like cheap cleaning products attempting to mask old smoke, which was off-putting. Overall, the stay was okay, but the bed and smell were disappointing.
