We stayed overnight prior to an early morning canoe trip in the area and it worked well. The property had everything we needed for a good night sleep. The manager was very friendly and provided check in instructions via text the day prior.

We have stayed in the area several times before a Spartan race. This motel was very clean with a full size refrigerator and microwave. Would highly recommend for an overnight stay.

You won’t get much better for the price in the area. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy enough. Bathrooms could use a bit of an upgrade, but it’s nothing unbearable

Stayed for a Horse show at Sussex fairgrounds. Arrived in the dark and left at 5:30 am, so I didn’t see the outside, but loved the easy parking. Table and chairs outside the room. The hotel staff is excellent, I got a text with check-in instructions and found my key in the lockbox as described. Room is rustic, but clean, cozy, slept great. Recommend! Room is spacious and has a nice size fridge/ freezer. Parking spot is labeled right out the door. Love it!

We came to ski at Mountain Creek and found this hotel which was pricey for us.
We stayed in a small cozy and very clean room which we were not expecting that much.

Our motel stay was good, for the price. Clean and comfortable bed, so my wife and I slept well. Nice TV as well. There was no soap in the bathroom, though there was shower gel. Glad I brought a small bar of soap in my shaving kit. No paper towels or tissues. Outside, there were ash trays on each table and they were filled with old cigarettes. Not a good look or smell. But overall, we’d come back if we were in the area again.

Ok - so my first impression is that this is NY’s version of Schitt's Creek.
Aged in every way.
I only met the woman at the front desk and she was very nice.
Very few options in this area and could be a goldmine. Centrally located to a number of activities.
