Absolutely loved this hotel ! Very friendly staff, rooms were amazing and loved having a small kitchenette. Bed was comfortable and the room was so clean ! Continental breakfast had so many options and an omelette bar !! Will definitely stay here again

Great stay!
The hotel is new so it was a pleasure to stay in such a clean hotel. The breakfast has several options to choose from. They have a cook who makes food, a nice pool area, and i even tried out the gym. They have Peloton equipment which was pretty cool. The room was spacious and they offered a couple plates, utensils, coffee, microwave, fridge, everything you really could need for a stay. I had no issue and would recommend.

We’ve stayed here 3 weekends in the last month due to my wife’s mother passing 3 weeks ago. . So we are very acquainted with the staff and property - Andrea and Ericka are first class! They are friendly and wonderful people. Their costumer service is the best in Carmel. We’ve stayed at the Hotel Carmichael and the other hotels in the area. Friendly staff, new facility and very clean. The bad. Very low water pressure for shower, electrical plugs bedside misaligned you had to force the plug in to connect and the blow dryer had an electrical cord about a foot long. You had to bend almost to the mirror to use it.
