12 Jul 2026Staff were helpful, there were signs of some degradation in the room, but was clean enough. And the pool and view is phenomenal.

5 Aug 2026We were here for 2 weeks and absolutely loved staying here. The property has multiple restaurants and a lawsons for travelers to dine at. The rooms were absolutely beautiful. The staff were very accommodating when we had an issue with our original room; had to get moved to a different room but it was okay as the room we moved into was larger and on a higher floor. The location is constantly being cleaned which I definitely appreciate. All in all five out of five stars and I would definitely stay here again

2 Mar 2026The 2 bedroom space we stayed in was exactly as described. The view was amazing and those so many restaurants in the lobby of the hotel as well as a 24 hour store very similar to their 7-eleven stores. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was breathtaking. I would definitely stay again when in bangkok

25 Feb 2026This place is wonderful! It offers a fantastic view of the city. Additionally, guests can enjoy a workout, relax with a massage, and dine at the excellent restaurant on the first floor. To conclude the evening, the rooftop bar provides a stunning view. I can't wait to come back!

6 Jul 2026The staff came everyday and was very curtesy, kind, and helpful! Our beds were made consistently aswell as new towel in the bathroom routinely. I had a problem with my TV and it was fixed promptly. The shuttle was useful and mostly available(some weekdays it would run on weekend hrs for some weird reason). The only thing that I would tell anyone before they book is that there isn’t a nearby MRT/BTS station. The best way to get to one would be through the shuttle to central Rama 9 otherwise you will have to use Grab or Bolt.

26 Mar 2026Overall the stay was nice, rooms were quite even staying next to elevators and corner room, my only down side was option for breakfast not too many vegetarian options everything had meat in it, the chef was nice enough to make me stir- fry daily which one reason I thought this hotel had waffles or basic breakfast but I was fine with what I got, second day my hot water was gone, cold showers for next 4 days (not bad if you turn off a/c and open up door) but the staff was so nice and accommodating, overall I still had a good stay, made the best of it

26 Oct 2025Room was big for solo traveler! Shower seemed had a musty smell!! And turnover service just means coming in and making your bed no new sheets or shower mat! Other than that front desk staff and pool staff were amazing!!

22 Oct 2025Room is duplex. No complains. Room was superb and service from staff is great. Just that the hotel is far from Bangkok attractions. No BTS or MRT nearby. Nearest is Phram Ram 9. Jodd fair night market is near (near to the stated MRT)

3 Jan 2025Not worth the price paid
Not worth $180 per night. Location: In a residential area. One or two restaurants nearby. Only 7 eleven within walking distances. Parts of the hotel are being renovated. Friendliness of staff is so-so.

25 Nov 2024Basic
I chose this hotel for a quick stop before my flight in the early morning.
The hotel was very basic, rooms were not soundproof so you could hear neighbours. Don’t be fooled by the “Banyan” tag. The location is awful as the taxi drivers are guaranteed to get lost , miss the exit.
Staff however were very kind, professional and helpful.

13 Nov 2024Nice Hotel
Is a nice newly open hotel, part of the areas still under renovating. Upon arrival, i was greet with a beautiful lobby. The checking in is rather slow, I won't blamed the staff and is more to the system that giving problem causes the delay. Once check in was done, she show me the way to lift and briefly telling me the facilities location, timing & etc. Room was nice & clean, well equipped with basic cooking appliances & utensils. Personally I do find that the rainforest shower spray should have extended longer and the the water pressure is low throughout my stay. As for the swimming pool area, it provide you a nice view while relaxing on the sunlounger. But what i couldn't figure out was, why are the water so freezing cold day & night. And i would also advice everyone to be extra careful while getting into the water. Is very slippery. Lastly, the location is not really ideal for me but the 24hr lobby bar will be a plus point if you need a drink anytime. Will be back again in January, hope to see better improvement with all the fine tuning.
