Family Vacations in San Luis Potosi

The place is amazing for a business or family trip, the service was excellent really helpful and nice staff, Highly recommended

2/10 Poor

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. This place is in a great area, which is why I thought it would be a good option to stay. Can not believe they charge $100 a night for this. After checking in I went to the room just to find the room that they had given me had not been cleaned! Undone bed, used towels in the shower. We to the reception and they gave me another room, and to my surprise it was the same situation. They ended up given me a “JR suite” but this room was filthy, hairs in the tub, hairs on the pillows completely filthy. Do not recommend

Nuevamente fruta casi podrida.
