Fees & policies

Refundable deposits

• A damage deposit of EUR 100 will be collected before check-in

Mandatory fees

• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November to 31 March, EUR 0.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 14 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 April to 31 October, EUR 2.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 14 years of age.

• Bed sheets fee: EUR 5 per accommodation, per week

Optional extras

• Buffet breakfast is offered for an extra charge of approximately EUR 5 for adults and EUR 5 for children
• Airport shuttle service is offered for an extra charge of EUR 90 per room
• Air conditioning is available for an extra charge of EUR 100 per week
• Towels are available for an extra charge of EUR 10 per person, per week (or guests may bring their own)

Children & extra beds

• All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport

Pool, spa, & gym (if applicable)

• Pool access available from 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM
• The seasonal pool is open from June 01 to October 30
