The hotel itself is good, and the staff are attentive and kind. They even offered a gift at the end of my stay in an attempt to make up for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. However, the experience did not match what was promised. I booked a room with a city view, but I was given a different room without the view I had paid for. In addition, there was an electrical issue in the room that caused the lights to turn on automatically every few minutes, making it impossible to get a proper night’s sleep. We chose this hotel specifically to rest, but we ended up leaving without being able to sleep at all, which significantly affected our overall experience. Despite the staff’s efforts, these issues greatly impacted my evaluation.

Free laundry is an absolute perk! They would collect it every day or you can also drop your Landry on the front desk, I would stay here again and again just because of that, but there is more! Included breakfast is great, not much for international travelers though you must like chinese breakfast, I love it so for me it was amazing. Team while using translators did their best to help us and we felt welcomed always, amazing location close to many places by didi, just stop looking, stay here you will not regret it, cost-benefit wise is unmatched, we just love this place.

I did not have breakfast at the hotel, so I did not rate that part. The room was cleaned daily, and the staff made sure there were fresh bottles of water, a milk drink and some snacks that were provided during the duration of a stay, which was a nice touch. Everyone I spoke to were very friendly and helpful, and the reception gave great advice whenever I asked.

Fantastic hotel and room. Everything you could want for a very quiet stay. Was dead tired after 10 hr flight from London so hit the shower (great pressure, hot water - lots of it! And shampoo/conditioner/bodywash/body lotion all provided). Nice mirror with light and magnifying glass and the most comfy hotel double bed I’ve ever slept in (solid, firm and soft) with 2 soft pillows and 2 firm ones. The TV was massive and made by TCL (great Chinese Brand TV - I have 4 at home in UK) and there was also a Chinese Amazon Alexa speaker and a recliner and foot rest. Lots of little extras like two thick fluffy towels, two hand towels, foot towel, hairdryer (Dyson style but better! Blows hot and warm so it doesn’t burn you!), laundry detergent for hand washing, toothbrush and paste set, two sets of slippers, two bottles of water at room temp and 2 bottles of water in the fridge, 2 yoghurt drinks, 2 bags of snacks and a lollipop and connectivity galore. Chinese plug socket, US style plus socket, USB-C and USB-A. Spotlights and room lights and great temperature control/aircon. Greeted and check in within 1-2 mins and given a cup of Chinese tea to welcome us. Cannot fault service at all! 5-stars all the way. Close to Temple of Heaven and easy to get picked up by DiDi (Chinese Uber). Not much more to say! Book it! Room is compact but if you’re just sightseeing everyday, you don’t want to spend more as you’re not living in the room! For a solid night’s sleep you cannot go wrong! A++++
