Our 10 day stay here was amazing......the staff were all fantastic especially the pool bar staff Randell Zaryl Sam and Avi. Food was plentiful and great choices....our favorite restaurant was the Italian. Rooms were always clean and house keeping staff friendly and helpful. Only problem we had was the night manager who was extremely rude and mean to us - 2 senior ladies - when we asked for some help......he needs some manners.

The location was perfect for whale watching, from the infinity pool and beach front. The resort was spotless and kept clean at all times. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Si! I have been staying at this hotel for the past 15 years. I still love the location and the beauty of the hotel but It was recently bought by another company, and now it is also part timeshare. The hotel is beautiful, the food is still very good, but the service is much different. It’s not as friendly and personable as it once was. The other change is because of the timeshare option now, there are segregated portions of the hotel that you no longer have access to because it’s for the members only. It feels very cold and elitist. Still a beautiful hotel, just not the same experience as it has been for so many years. I will be looking for a new place to stay in San Jose Del Cabo.
