Nunca passei uma situação como esta, fiz a reserva, mas não tinha quarto no hotel. Ficamos literalmente na rua, tivemos que dormir no carro. Fomos 2 vezes ao hotel, procurando nosso quarto da reserva, e não tinham o quarto. E não fizeram questão nenhuma. REDE ANDRADE É RIDICULA.

Pontos positivos: O quarto estava bem limpo e equipamentos funcionando. A área é bem maior que o anunciado, são 19 m2 contando o banheiro. O café da manhã é bom. Pontos negativos e minhas sugestões como engenheiro civil: 1) A porta do box do banheiro (correr de vidro) possui abertura máxima de somente 35 cm. Sugiro substituir por porta de abrir, ampliando para confortáveis 55 cm. 2) A torneira da pia é daquelas de fechamento automático de 5 segundos utilizadas em banheiros públicos. É ridículo isso num banheiro de hotel. Não dá para lavar as mãos, o rosto ou escovar os dentes. Tem que ficar o tempo todo "bombeando a água". Pior, a pressão da água no andar era elevadíssima fazendo da torneira um chafariz que dá um banho no hóspede a cada vez que abre a torneira. Sugestões: Instale redutores de vazão no rabicho e troque a torneira. 3) A faixa de pedra rugosa do banheiro é horrível, cafona, anti-higiênica e pode ferir o hóspede durante o banho. Sugestão: Troque a faixa por pastilhas. 4) O chuveiro, que é daqueles mais baratos que só possui as temperaturas frio, verão e inverno, estava com vários furos do espalhador entupidos de modo que a água que sai dos furos não entupidos se espalha pelo box, desperdiçando água e tornando o banho mais demorado. Sugestão: Troque por um chuveiro eletrônico de valor menor que R$200,00. Economiza água e energia. 5) O alto barulho do constante liga/desliga no funcionamento do ar condicionado acorda o hóspede. Sugestão: Trocar por tipo inverter.
