Honestly I never write reviews but this one needed something said. Quite off the beaten path so to get anywhere it requires an Uber or 2km walk with nothing really conveniently close. Advertised hot water, definitely just luke warm. The bathroom had a terrible terrible sewer smell our entire 3 days. The breakfast was subpar, scrambled eggs and a piece of bread. We wanted to get laundry done, first when we were getting ready to drop it off they said it would be done by 7pm that night then when we brought it down they said 8/9 pm. We had a hike to rainbow mountain with pickup at 3 am which we needed our clothing for and they knew about. At 845pm they said they still didn’t have it and promised it would be outside our room at 2am. Sure enough no clothes, finally after multiple calls they give it to us at 245am SOAKING WET. Non apologetic and completely non transparent with us the entire time just kept saying they didn’t have them.
