11 Jun 2025We had a great stay overall at this aparthotel in Paris! The space was clean, fresh, and looked recently updated—especially loved the modern bathroom. Compared to typical Paris hotel rooms, this apartment felt spacious and comfortable for me and my daughter.
That said, there are a few things future guests should be aware of. The apartment is not accessible for elderly or mobility-impaired individuals—there are two flights of narrow, winding stairs to climb, and no elevator. The WiFi also didn’t work properly during our stay, which is why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5.
One major heads-up: there’s a damage deposit required three days before arrival. I somehow missed that detail and was definitely caught off guard. If I had seen it during booking, I likely would’ve chosen a different property, as many other listings include those fees upfront.
Overall, a lovely stay—but make sure to read the fine print and consider the stairs and deposit before booking!
