Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Medford-Central Point by IHG

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Medford-Central Point by IHG

8/10 Good
"My stay at this Holiday Inn was overall average, with some definite positives and a few areas that could use attention. The exterior of the property could use some care. The trees need trimming, and the building and surrounding areas would benefit from power washing and general cleanup. That said, the lobby was clean, well maintained, and welcoming. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. One thing I would especially commend Holiday Inn for is the breakfast. It was a genuine, quality breakfast with a good variety of options to suit different preferences. I encourage management and decision-makers not to reduce the quality or selection of the breakfast. It is a significant positive and adds real value to the stay. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and smelled fresh. Overall, despite the areas that could use some attention, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this Holiday Inn to others."
