The location of this place was great down the block from the Termini train station which is very accessible. The room is small but beautiful bathroom is clean and spacious the only negative about this property is the bed feels like sleeping on rocks very uncomfortable besides that the place is immaculate

The apartment was immaculate and great location for Rome termini
The bed was so comfortable which was great after a busy day exploring
I wouid definitely return to apartment, only improvement would be air conditioning as room did get warm. Overall stay was fab.

Loved it was clean, location was perfect and absolutely loved having an Alexa & smart tv for convenience. WiFi wasn’t the best so that’s the only reason for knocking this down slightly.

Small hotel, cozy, good furnitures and bed. Nobody to physically contact. Not very clean but it is ok. Cheap and small, good breakfast at a near cozy cafe

Located a few blocks away from the Termini train station, this was a great place to “base” our entire weekend. We had access to both A & B metro lines, the AirPort Express, major bus lines and we even took an express to Naples for a day trip to Pompeii. The area is interesting in that there are multiple “hotels “ in the neighborhood. It’s not the traditional hotel you would expect but I never felt like we were alone. Alice will respond immediately to any question you may have. There is a common area kitchen to use, if you want to heat something or even make tea/ coffee. We never needed to. It was actually perfect for our stay. The room is very interesting in that it has its own bathroom. The bathroom is actually a glass enclosure in one corner of the room. It’s actually soundproof and all the doors, to include drawer doors, are soft close. There’s a tv , Alexa, & WiFi. Everything you need for a short stay. We definitely recommend it.

We had an excellent stay at. The service was top-notch, and the overall experience was enjoyable. However, I wish the bathroom had more space for personal items and provided a bit more privacy, as the design felt somewhat transparent. Overall, a great hotel, but a few adjustments could enhance

Lumina3 Luxury Room is a very nice apartment on a perfect location just a couple of minutes walk from the central station of Rome. It’s clean, modern and convenient. Would definitely come back next time in Rome.

Avoid this location
This was the worst stay of our trip. The advertising for this location is very misleading and the photos make the place seem like it is bigger than it is. This is like a little studio that is probably a 8 by 10 foot box. Place wasn’t very clean and very cramped. If you want to stay in a super cheap place and be squished in a tiny little closet it feels like then stay here. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances.
