Mjög léleg

Viðhald mjög ábótavant. Baðvaskur lekur, sturtuhurð laus og lokast illa, hengi fyrir handsturtu brotið, uppþvottaburst brotinn, sjónvarp virkar ekki, kaffikanna brotin, eldhússkúffur óhreinar og ein full af rusli. Lofað endurtekið þjónustu sem síðan var svikin . Svara síðan ekki síma.

Engar upplýsingar, engin svör

Ég átti að fá skilaboð með leiðbeiningum um innritun og lykla. Þau bárust aldrei. Þá reyndi ég að hringja í uppgefið símanúmer. Ekkert svar. Ég sendi SMS. Ekkert svar. Loks sendi ég SMS þar sem ég lýsti yfir óánægju minni og krafðist endurgreiðslu. Ég hef enn ekki fengið svar. Ég fann mér sem sagt annan gististað og lifi í von um að fá endurgreitt frá þessum stað fyrr eða síðar. Get ekki mælt með honum við nokkurn mann.
