8/10 Very good

Construction around the area was horrible, staff and hotel were great. Also, why charge paying customers $58.00 for parking. As a paying customer i believe parking for booking with you should be at no extra cost.

8/10 Very good

This hotel was very clean, and staff were all very friendly and genuine. I was amazed at the free warm breakfast options, being a lot more than what many hotels offer. It seems that they thought of every small detail, and that really matters when you're traveling and eating what's available. Very much appreciated! Forewarning, in case you completely forget like I did...if you're booking a hotel anyehere downtown, be prepared to pay a wad for parking! Other than that, absolutely no complaints here. I would stay there again if I budgeted for the extra parking in advance.

8/10 Very good

Good breakfast selection, friendly staff, enjoyed the area, the only frustrating part was the air automatically went back up to 75 everyday and we had to turn it back down again
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Great gym, clean amenities. Because of construction of Toyota center walking to center of downtown Houston was a challenge and but industrial/active construction zone but overall it was a good price compared to hotels closer. Quiet for working in between conference sessions.
