Facility and room was excellent, service was great, several days we had housekeeping leave things open or undone, one day we came back to an open patio thinking our room was broken into. Shower pressure is epic, location is stellar. Would love to stay again with a better more consistent housekeeping experience

Very nice boutique hotel - large rooms, v clean, good shower. Convenient for Reforma without any of the noise. Cute roof deck w plunge pool. Nice breakfast made to order. Lively and helpful staff. We had a great time here for a long weekend!

Warm and welcoming staff. Great location.
The highlight of our stay was the staff - warm, welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel made it convenient to get to most cafes, bars and restaurants in the Reforma/La Condesa/Polanco neighborhoods, and a short walk over to the museums within the Bosque de Chapultepec. We would stay here again.

Everything about this stay was fantastic. From pre-coordinating airport transfer, to the friendliest check in, to the included breakfast and daily housekeeping.
It was a quiet location close to the main area and easy to get to.
The staff were superb, really completing the amazing experience. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only slight peeve in that area is that there are steps up to the front desk, and nobody helped us lug our bags.
The room itself was modern and comfortable, spacious and with a nice sofa. The mattresses were a little soft for our liking. The balcony was a nice addition, even though there is a fair amount of auto noise.
The bathroom was one of my few issues with the room at Vuestro. First, it's small. Second, the shower pan seems to leak on the floor. But the biggest issue is that the water often takes quite a while (like 5 minutes) to get hot, which in water-constrained CDMX seems exceptionally wasteful. To top it off, the showerhead is not low-flow, making the issue even worse.
Breakfast was lovely. Only a couple of options, but everything was high quality and prepared to order. The coffee was outstanding, as well. Breakfast staff was very pleasant and accommodating.
Lastly, a shout out to the restaurant/bar Berta across the street! It's an amazing little spot, and I hope that Vuestro and Berta form a good symbiosis over time.
Overall, despite the few flaws, I highly recommend Vuestro and think it was an exceptional value.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay here a lot! It’s definitely a hidden gem in CDMX - well located with many restaurants / cafes in walkable distance, modern design with ample light, nice free breakfast and super friendly staff!
We will definitely choose this lovely boutique hotel again next time!

Vuestro is a new hotel in a very safe, clean neighborhood (that has a Starbucks) which is very walkable to all the restaurants and sites we wanted to visit. We were upgraded to a more spacious room at the front of the building. It was a great room, good bed, and excellent water pressure in the shower. The only caveat is that there's a wine bar across the street. It doesn't get too loud or go on too late, but earplugs are still a must. We are sensitive sleepers and found that earplugs left us very well rested. We'd stay here again - and yes, in this same room!

I had booked this hotel last minute( literally an hour before arriving to Mexico City) and I had no regrets. The hotel was super clean, conveniently located to castillo Chapultepec, Polanco and all the areas we wanted to see. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Definitely will be coming back!
