カメムシが部屋の中に18匹いました。追い出すのに苦労しました。おそらく部屋の掃除の換気の為に窓を開けた際に入ったのを気が付かず放置したのではないかと思います。非常に嫌な思いをしました。
また、冷蔵庫がありましたが、全く冷えませんでした。見栄えの為よくある作り付けの戸袋❓内に入れている為です。放熱を考えた設計にしないと無意味です。
また、ランプシェードの上のほこりが目立ちました。メンテナンスを考えた部屋設計になってましたが掃除が充分ではなかったと思います。
面白いコンセプトのホテルだと思いますが残念です。

近くの公衆浴場は源泉で加温もなく、素晴らしかった。また何度でも入れるのも良かった。スタッフも皆さん若くて、飾らない人柄で素晴らしいおもてなしでした。

良い旅になりました。
80代の母と2人で宿泊しました。少し離れた駐車場まで 荷物を取りに来て下さったり、スタッフの方達のサービスや笑顔が素敵で、母も凄く喜んでいました。一階のレストランも美味しくいただきました。部屋もシンプルで心地良く過ごせました。
私は星満点で、次回も是非利用したいです。
が、隣の温泉施設が朝9時からしか開かない事、部屋にTVがない事、で☆1つ減しましたが、モバイル機器を使えない早起きの年寄りの気持ちですみません。

お部屋は和モダンでスタイリッシュで快適でした。
車で１時間程度で秋芳洞秋吉台、萩、角島など山口の名所へ行けるので、こちらを拠点に連泊して正解でした。
コインランドリーがあるともっとよかったなと思います。

新開張不足半年，我們被告知是開業以來第二位香港人住客，榮幸！設計簡約、乾淨舒適，房間大，我們房間有大玻璃窗可看到長門溫泉河川，最欣賞是旅店員工，他們每個待客都很親切熱誠，入住當日剛下雨，員工看到我們在門外，便跑出來幫我們推行李和遞上雨傘給我們，細心周到，服務絕對比得上5星級旅館，大讚！附近有不少食店和一間很細小的便利店，都比较早关门，可选择酒店内用晚餐，餐厅Pizza和意粉也很美味且价钱相宜，有趣是可直接看著廚師烤Pizza，酒店旁就是有600年歷史的溫泉 恩湯，住客可免費使用，泉水是頂級的柔滑，如要早上浸溫泉，請留意恩湯是早上9時開始，但旅館退房時間是10點，只有1小時享用時間。附近環境寧靜舒適，建議晚上在河川附近散步，夜燈加上河川柳樹景色很美。如像我們般喜歡享受有歷史的優質溫泉，又不希望入住老舊和昂貴的溫泉旅館，這裡絕對是不二之選，秋季再來的話，我們也必再次入住這裡。

サウナと温泉好きにはたまらない宿。
ただしサウナと温泉は別々なので注意。
サウナは予約制で定員を設けているだけあって混雑とは無縁。セルフロウリュで思う存分に整える。
温泉は宿のすぐ隣にあって入り放題。
広くはないが、泉質は山口県で1番いいんじゃないかなぁ。
サウナと温泉に入り放題と考えるとかなりお得感がある。
新しいだけあって設備はすべてオシャレで綺麗。
宿の周 辺も整備されていて、足湯もあり、川沿いを散歩するのも雰囲気があってよかった。
