2/10 Poor

The staff was okay. The hotel was clean. In the rooms, there are not mirrors to get ready, I had to fight with my kids and husband for the bathroom so I can get ready as there was only the small mirror in the bathroom. Pack your shampoo and conditioner because you will only get a shampoo on a sachet, I didn’t even know they still existed. No hair blower, I asked for one at the reception and I was told the only one they had was broken!! These are basics necessities every hotel should have. Then to top it all of there was not hot water, when I again asked the front desk, I was told the thermostat broke, then when I asked why weren’t the patrons told, she said “I just told you about it” I mean wow!! I paid from Sunday to Friday, we left on Tuesday, I didn’t care about even getting my money back, we left so fast, it made everybody’s head spin! Not that they cared. Also the location is awful and very sketchy specially at night. Do not stay at this hotel, even if you get a good deal, it is just not worth it!!!
