Quiet comfort, super front desk & great breakfast
Front desk personnel are five star golden. Renovations are noisy and impact the pool area, drywall dust pretty much on all outside flooring. Great breakfast! Comfortable room, the bed was just right and a quiet room to sleep in. The refrigerator was off when we arrived, turned on and sometime during night turned off. Good location and a super place for a birthday weekend.

The room was clean, but overall the property is not up kept and very short-staffed. I waited at least 25 min for someone to come to front desk to check me in.

Overall good for the money.
Check in was difficult. Not able to check in early, hotel was overbooked making checking in late not an option. The young women at the front desk graciously stayed long enough to check me in (a late coworker was making her late for an exam). They delay in check in did make us late for an event my boyfriend was performing at. Everything else was fine. The carpets in the common areas could use some cleaning/ updating.

Terrible
After booking the room weeks in advance, 2 hours before check in time we get a call from Oasis canceling our reservation because they claim Hotels.com OVERBOOKED our room and there was nothing they could do about it. Needless to say, our trip was ruined. I will never use Hotel.com or Expedia services ever again. Just the worst.

Not recommended for vacation time
Going to keep it straight and to the point. I checked in, room is definitely outdated and so is the plumbing. Toilet leaked whenever you flush it. The rooms were dirty and the bed sheets had stains on them. The internet reception is horrible. Filthy bathroom.

I did not get a receipt for my stay. morning front desk reps did not find me in the system although Expedia had already charged me . At 9:30 am house keeping was trying to enter the room even though we had a no disturb sign . Then after that like 15min later had hard knock on the door a man telling us we had not paid for the room and that’s when I check my bank account and had seen funds were deducted. Confusing stay and strange situation at this hotel .

Pay a little more and stay elsewhere!
An hour and a half from entering the lobby to getting my room. First, a 25 minute wait for the only employee working the desk at 3:51 pm to check-in two people ahead of me. Then, I paid for a room with a king-sized bed, but was put into one with two doubles. So back to the desk, carryimg my bags, and the clerk put me in a room much further away, AND OTHER PEOPLE WERE ALREADY STAYING IN MY NEW ROOM! So back to the desk again, but this time I am greeted by a sign that says the clerk will return "shortly." 25 more minutes later, and he did return, and he put me into an unoccupied room with a king bed. The coffee machine didn't work so I called down to see if I could come down for a replacement. To my surprise, the clerk said he would run one right up to me. 40-minutes later, I went to go back to the front desk, but ran into the clerk on my way. He was walking toward my room without a coffeemaker. He explained he was heading to fix someone else's TV, and he wasn't sure if I was coming to get the coffeemaker for myself. I told him that was obvious bull. He clearly said he would bring it to me, and 40 minutes later he is walking toward my room without it. ADDITIONALLY: THEY DO NOT CLEAN CLOTHE SHOWER CURTAINS BETWEEN GUESTS... MOLDY SCUM ON BOTTOM OF MINE. There is green scum growing around the holes on the shower nozzle. The Pool is "Closed" & Dangerous. The guest laundry is out of order. very bad!

Hotel Oasis
A estadia foi razoável, pois o hotel estava em reforma. Tivemos um problema no nosso check in, pois havia reservado e pago 3 apartamentos. Foi então que nos foi informado que haviam apenas 2 aptos prontos para o nosso check in devido a alta procura. Reclamei e consegui o 3º apto só que não estava arrumado, somente no dia seguinte seria arrumado. Como cortesia disseram que não seria cobrada 01 diária. Um dos aptos estava com cheiro insuportável de cigarro, e no dia seguinte foi trocado. O café da manhã estava meio fraco, pois quando terminavam alguns itens não havia reposição, como iogurte e frutas. No geral foi uma estadia razoável, pois a localização do hotel é muito boa. Houve troca de proprietário do hotel, antes era da rede Best Western, quando fiquei na vez anterior. Agora é grupo Oásis. Foi um inconveniente desnecessário chegarmos cansados e os quartos reservados não estarem em condições.

The hotel is under construction/renovation so it’s hard to actually rate it. But, the staff was wonderful and accommodating and helped to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Un bon hôtel d' étape.
Une nuit d' étape passée au Oasis Boca Raton, la réceptionniste était très souriante et sympathique, la chambre était convenable et très spacieuse, le petit déjeuner n' est pas inoubliable mais le principal est là. Dans l' ensemble cet hôtel fait le job.
