Hotel is beautiful and charming. Room was not huge, but very nice, with a comfortable bed, great bedding, great Tv, and great HVAC system - quiet and kept the room comfortable all night. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Location is an easy walk to almost everywhere you'd want to go downtown. Parking is super convenient. We'll be back. Didn't get to the restaurant, but will next time for sure - looked great.

Room was exceptionally clean, and I am extremely critical of cleanliness. The Fidelity exceeded my expectations! We will most definitely stay there again. I will note that the rooms are small, so if you arrive expecting a spacious room, you will be disappointed. But we knew this in advance and it did not detract from our stay in any way. Really well maintained and lovely property. Good food purchased for breakfast. Free coffee. Parking pretty much non-existent unless you pay the $60 per day fee or walk down a nasty street for $25 per day. Rooms were beautiful but very very small. TV and beds were amazing. The queen room with bathtub was incredible. The entire team was super hospitable, helpful & professional. Loved the coffee selection Steeped & purity brands. On the way to the hotel, I received an email stating that my room was not available due to maintenance. That was 45 minutes before I got there. They moved me to different room without any of my choosing. In the room, it was not that clean. Onky one washcloth. The room was gorgeous! Looked like it was a room in the mansion from “Clue”! Love the luxurious robe, gorgeous bathroom, comfy bed and delicious room service. Note that breakfast is not included and parking in the garage next door is extra. Cost $49 for two days self parking. I was on the 7th floor and my room faced an alley where large dumpsters got emptied in the wee hours of the morning but that’s my only complaint. Beautiful hotel and super friendly staff!
